Everybody EatsDelete your EBE account
EBE (Everybody Eats) is operated by Desmond Long. This page explains how to ask for your account to be deleted, and exactly what happens to your information when you do.
How to request deletion
- Email support@theappyouwant.com from the email address you use to sign in to EBE.
- Put Delete my EBE account in the subject line.
- You do not need to include anything else. Sending from your sign in address is what identifies you. If you sign in with a phone number instead, include that number.
We reply to confirm before anything is removed, so a request sent by mistake can be stopped. Deletion is completed within 30 days of your confirmation.
What is deleted
Everything below is permanently removed and cannot be recovered:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your saved delivery addresses and any location stored on your account
- Your account sign in, which stops working immediately
- If you cook on EBE: your cook profile, your dish listings, and the photos and videos you uploaded
- If you drive on EBE: your driver profile and your delivery history
What is kept, and for how long
A small amount of information has to stay behind after the account is gone, either because the law requires it or because it belongs to someone else's record as well as yours:

Nothing that is kept can be used to sign in, and nothing kept identifies you by name once your account is deleted.
Card details
EBE never stores your card number. Payments run through Stripe, and card details live with Stripe, not with us. Deleting your EBE account removes your customer record from our side.
Deleting some data without deleting your account
You can remove individual items yourself while keeping your account. Cooks can delete a dish or a photo from the cook dashboard. Anyone can change their name, phone number or address from their account. To have something else removed, email the address above and say what you want gone.
